Co-Owner / Director of Curriculum & Development
Ms. Gretter holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and brings a deep passion for purposeful learning to everything she does. As Director of Curriculum & Development, she thoughtfully designs enriching programs that nurture the whole child — intellectually, socially, and emotionally — while ensuring every experience at Bright Steps meets the highest standards of quality and care.

Co-Owner
Ms. Yodalys is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience working with children, bringing a unique and invaluable perspective to our school community. Her compassionate leadership ensures that the health, safety, and well-being of every child and staff member remain a top priority. She is the heart behind Bright Steps' commitment to a safe, supportive, and thriving environment for all.

Before & After School Coordinator
Ms. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and brings both expertise and genuine warmth to our Before & After School program. She creates a structured yet engaging environment where school-age children feel supported and inspired — balancing homework assistance with fun, enriching activities that help every child grow, connect, and thrive.
